Community Audits Australia Directors are committed to providing a wholistic and customer focused auditing service for this sector.

Jayne is the Director of You First Disability & Aged Care Services. Before working in the community sector, Jayne held senior leadership roles in people, risk, and corporate governance working in consulting and large corporates delivering innovative and transformational change strategies to a range of diverse businesses around the world. Jayne is a Certified Practitioner of the Australian Human Resources Institute, Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Chartered Secretary, Chartered Governance Professional, and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute.

CHAIRPERSON

Sue is a Registered Nurse, previously specialised in Paediatric and Neonatal care, with a Post Graduate Certificate in Neonatal Intensive Care and a Masters of Public Health (UNSW). Sue was selected to participate in a Leadership Scholarship Program (Disability Sector) – funded by NSW Department of Families and Community Services in 2014. Sue is the businesses lead subject matter expert on home care and disability support, and leads the organisations Risk, Clinical Governance and Quality functions. Sue has previously been a lead consultant providing onsite quality and accreditation support services to a number of hospitals and community centres, and has facilitated a number of hospital governance committees.

Damon has enjoyed long working relationships within the disability sector (30 years’ experience) including but not limited to the Cerebral Palsy Alliance (formerly the Spastic Centre of NSW), Australian Quadriplegic Association and the Home Care Service of NSW. "These incredible organisations introduced me to some amazing people and some great ideas that helped shape the company I started in 2006. I have worked in various positions during my career including direct care and operational management."

Registered as a Psychologist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency Thirty four years’ experience across Victoria and Tasmania in the management and delivery of community services. Over this period specific focus in various periods on mental health, disability, children and family, alcohol and other drug, housing and homelessness services.

Daryl Lamb

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

A Partner of Shanahan Tudhope Lawyers, Paul has practiced in Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Compensation Law since 1991. Paul is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury and has practiced in this area for more than 23 years. Paul acts primarily in the field of Compensation Law. He is a highly regarded practitioner in this area, and is renowned for his detailed case preparation skills and advocacy in Common Law litigation. Paul’s work finds him frequently travelling through New South Wales regional centres to work with clients, particularly in Northern and Western New South Wales. Paul takes pride in his dedication, experience and empathy towards his clients; and his ability to obtain successful outcomes in a speedy and efficient manner.
